Sacyr, winner of the Alares award for Excellence in Occupational Risk Prevention for people with disabilities
The Alares Foundation awarded Sacyr the National Award for Excellence in Occupational Risk Prevention for persons with disabilities.
These awards recognize good practices that contribute to improving job quality and facilitating job placement and continuity in the workplace for people with disabilities.
These good practices include an initial assessment of the workplace and its risks, and interventions that promote equal opportunities for people with disabilities in relation to accessing and keeping jobs, from correctly adapting the workplace and providing suitable personal protection to prevent accidents, to offering accessible training that addresses the individual's specific needs according to their disability.
This recognition is an incentive for Sacyr to continue promoting its Social Corporate Responsibility Master Plan, which includes, among other things, contributing value to the society in which it operates, particularly in terms of the underprivileged.
Sacyr's priorities include the planning and implementation of all measures necessary to prevent the risks that could arise from the source and development of the Group's activities, as well as the implementation of all the preventive and protective measures necessary to safeguard the health of its employees and partners.
