The jury took into account "the techniques used, the improvements made and the materials used combined with the high-quality standards".

Sacyr Neopul does the maintenance of the Dublin Area Rapid Train electrification network (Dart) for Irish Rail, as well as the maintenance of 120 km of rail, and an additional 40 km of the electrification system.
