15 years ago, Nouhane Pam arrived in Spain from Senegal looking for a brighter future. He started working on the maintenance and cleaning service of the Infanta Cristina Hospital, in Parla (Madrid) for Sacyr Facilities.
Pam learned how to speak Spanish and he decided to keep studying to improve his job prospects.
He went to adult school to het his school diploma and then got his Nurse Aide degree. He has already completed his apprenticeship at the Severo Ochoa Hospital, and he is on the waitlist for his permanent spot to work in patient care.
