Like every year, Valoriza Centro Especial de Empleo submits in late February the documents required by the Communidad de Madrid to receive grant funding for hiring people with disabilities.
Valoriza Centro Especial de Empleo, as a Sacyr company, promotes the labor inclusion of people with disabilities, by working together with private companies and public organizations.
In fact, employment is an essential element to achieve the full inclusion of people with disabilities, and one of the most vital ways to promote their independence. Labour inclusion is promoted by hiring people with disabilities through dedicated centers. To promote hiring, the Community of Madrid gives funding to create new jobs and maintain already existing jobs for vulnerable groups that experience the most obstacles to find a job or reach employment stability
Thus, the Community of Madrid funds part of the salaries, considering the type and extent of the disability of the beneficiaries of this program, as well as how stable the job is, based off the percentage of the minimum wage or the directly proportional value of the amount of work done.
These funds help other organizations like Valoriza Centro Especial de Empleo to continue to create jobs for people with disabilities.
