The FTSE4Good index series is designed to measure the performance of companies that demonstrate specific environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices. Transparent management and clearly defined ESG criteria have led Sacyr to remain in this index for another year. The rating obtained by Sacyr after the 2024 assessment was 4.5 out of 5 points, improving by 0.8 points on the rating obtained in the 2023 assessment.

This places Sacyr in the 100th percentile, with our score in the three areas of evaluation Environment 4.2/5, Social 4.5/5 and Governance 5/5 being much higher than the averages for the Construction and Engineering sector and the Heavy Construction subsector.

Among the different factors evaluated, Sacyr has achieved the highest score in Corporate Governance, labor standards and in both environmental and social supply chain.
