Sacyr Infrastructures

Our Engineering and Infrastructures division, Sacyr Ingeniería e Infraestructuras, as part of a consortium with Sacyr Neopul and ETC, is constructing sections 1 and 2 of the North-South railway line.

This line is used to transport goods and freight, and will connect Belem, in the north of Brazil, to Porto Alegre, in the south. The total distance covered is 4,200 km.

The section awarded to the group encompasses the construction of 673 km, partially built, linking Ouro Verde de Goiás with Estrela d'Oeste Improving the condition of this route will increase safety levels and reduce traveling times, helping to shore up the region’s economy.
