We have a Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which establishes the general principles and minimum standards of practice for all Group entities in every country where we operate. The goal: to guarantee a favorable framework for labor relations based on dignity, respect, and zero tolerance for any type of harassment, discrimination, or other form of prejudice or violence.

Through the Sacyr Concilia program, we organize educational and recreational activities for the children of our employees on non-school days. We are also in favor of adapting work schedules to the academic calendar.

Agreements

  • We are among the ‘companies free of gender-based violence’ with a commitment to raise awareness of and prevent gender-based violence, backed by the Ministry of Equality.
  • We are affiliated with the La Caixa Foundation’s Incorpora Program and we collaborate with the Integra Foundation to promote the employment of individuals at risk of social exclusion.

Agreements

  • We sponsor the Juan XXIII Foundation’s Job Training Center, which promotes the inclusion of those with intellectual disabilities and/or mental illness in society and the labor market.
  • Through the ONCE Foundation’s Inserta Agreement, we promote job training and insertion, and global accessibility for people with disabilities.

  • We are part of the network of Companies Against Gender Violence (Ministry of Equality), advocating awareness, prevention, and the inclusion of women in the workplace.  
  • We have membership agreements with Fundación Integra and La Caixa Foundation’s Programa Incorpora to integrate those at risk of social exclusion.
