We have a Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which establishes the general principles and minimum standards of practice for all Group entities in every country where we operate. Its goal: to guarantee a favorable framework for labor relations based on dignity, respect, and zero tolerance for any form of harassment, discrimination, or any other class of prejudice or violence.
