We are repairing the existing road in order to improve safety and reliability for users. We are using innovative technologies and processes to enhance the sustainability of the project, such as Rublizing and RARx, a powder obtained from recycled used tires that is added to the asphalt. This material increases the lifespan of the road, and also offers technical, economic, and environmental advantages.
The Pirámides-Tulacingo-Pachuca project is part of a Private Public Partnership (p3) contract to maintain and operate 183 km of road.
