All4Zero is an industrial technological innovation hub focused on developing technologies for decarbonization and promoting the circular economy. Its main objective is to unite efforts and resources for early technology detection, as well as conducting pilots to validate and scale projects.
Sacyr joins this initiative as a partner company, joining efforts alongside the four project-promoting companies: Repsol, Iberia, ArcelorMittal, and Holcim.
In partnership with other major private companies committed to decarbonizing the Spanish industry landscape, and collaborating with various ecosystem agents such as universities, public and private research centers, startups, and entrepreneurship agents, the hub will drive the development of impactful technological solutions that can be tested and optimized on an industrial scale.
Sacyr's participation in this project will contribute to addressing the transformation challenges facing the industrial sector towards a sustainable production model, with innovation and technology as fundamental drivers of change.
Within this objective, Sacyr Agua will contribute its knowledge and experience in water resource management, which plays a fundamental role in the transition towards a more sustainable future. Sacyr's subsidiary works in areas such as decarbonization in desalination plants, water treatment, and purification, the use of treated water in industrial facilities, or waste circularity.
As a first line of action, All4Zero has launched an open call aimed at the innovative ecosystem to address the challenges identified by the companies.
As a partner of this initiative, Sacyr will actively engage in the search and evaluation of solutions. Depending on the projects submitted, it will participate in proof of concept and pilots that will allow testing the development of technologies in real production environments and developing business opportunities with participating partners and the ecosystem.
The call, accessible from the website https://all4zero-hub.com/retos/, will be open until March 22, and an international assessment process of the best solutions to the challenges posed will be carried out.
