Sacyr re-joins the Ibex 35 stock market index today

  • The Ibex 35 is the referential index in Spain's stock market, consisting of the companies with the most liquidity in the country.

Today, Sacyr re-joins the Ibex 35, formed by the largest listed companies in Spain, a significant milestone in the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan of the P3 company.

Sacyr left this index in June 2016 and has made its comeback six years later.

The Technical Advisory Committee of the Ibex approved Sacyr's entrance into the stock market index at its last quarterly meeting on June 9. The Ibex is the principal stock market in Spain, and it includes the top 35 companies with the most liquidity in this country.

2021-2025 Strategic Plan

For Sacyr, returning to the Ibex 35 is a significant milestone in the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan. Joining the stock market once again is a direct consequence of a job well done in the past few years, which is reflected on the trust put in the company by analyst and investors, and on its stock evolution.

The Strategic Plan is focused on value creation for all stakeholders and investors, with a dividend yield close to 5%.

Sacyr’s strategic focus is set on P3 assets, which are more than 80% of the company’s Ebitda. This business profile, reinforced by the Services and Engineering and Infrastructures divisions, allows us to have greater revenues and sound and recurring results, with limited demand risk.
