Adriana began her career at Sacyr in 2015. At the company, she has grown both as a professional and as a woman. Since she arrived at Sacyr, she has developed her skills as a leader thanks to the leadership and empowerment training courses that the Concessions area has provided her.
As a woman, she has grown in the family space. She had her first child with the backing of her team. In the workplace, she has also achieved many milestones, as she has reached a position traditionally reserved for men. Her co-workers and supervisors define her as 'a great role model and a great person' from whom they have learned many things.
