Allan Gutiérrez started working at Sacyr in 2015 as a supervisor for the reconditioning and improvement of Concesionaria Vial Sierra Norte. Six years later, he is the manager of the road conservation project Vial Rutas del Cusco 2.
His teammates explain that working with him is a gratifying experience and consider him “a true leader”, as he works both for the growth of his team and achieving their goals.
Allan’s source of motivation is his family: his wife and two children help him improve every day and drive his teamwork abilities.
His calling for civil engineering also stems from his family: when he was a child, his father, who was also a civil engineer, would take him to construction sites, and thanks to this experience, he cannot see himself in another profession.
