In August 2021 we began building the Hospital 12 de Octubre, a new healthcare giant in the Community of Madrid (Spain) with a demanding delivery date: the end of 2024.
The hospital is nearing completion, meaning we have built this massive 140,000-sqm structure in record time.
Behind every great project is a great team, capable of overcoming unimaginable challenges; in our case: a pandemic and building material supply chain problems.
More than 1,000 professionals have demonstrated the talent and ingenuity required to overcome every setback and deliver a hospital in the heart of the city.
