The teams at Salud Siglo XXI, the Grupo Sacyr company responsible for running the Hospital Regional de Antofagasta (HRA), in the north of Chile, have been recognized for their hard work and dedication during the pandemic. In spite of the difficult circumstances, these workers have ensured that the region’s main health facility continues to operate normally, offering the best care to more than 600 thousand users.
Paola Méndez, head of the Cleaning Service at Salud Siglo XXI, said “we are working to keep the hospital running in the best possible conditions, because when they move a Covid-19 patient from one area to another, we have to disinfect everything”.
