In 2023, we have steadily progressed in our growth strategy in the P3 activity with new assets awarded and the opening of several projects that have been under construction in recent years.
The sales of Valoriza and Sacyr Facilities have supported this strategy: Sacyr's focus is on P3 asset management. Moreover, they have allowed us to meet the goal set in the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan to significantly reduce recourse net debt to continue growing.
Some particularly noteworthy milestones this year include the National Innovation Award, which we received from Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain in January, recognizing Sacyr's innovative DNA. In 2023, we celebrate 20 years as a listed company on the Madrid Stock Exchange and position ourselves as the third-largest infrastructure P3 company in the world. We started projects as significant as the Canal del Dique in Colombia and completed others such as Rutas del Este (Paraguay) or the Italian highway Pedemontana-Veneta.
