Sustainability and concessions, the focus of our 2021-2025 Strategy

The new strategic cycle foresees investments of 5 billion euros that will strengthen our P3 profile. 

We have launched our Strategic Program 2021-2025, which emphasizes the promotion of sustainability in all our activities and the talent of our professionals. 

This Plan will propel us sustainably into the future, driven by our P3 businesses. With this new strategic cycle, we can complete the redefinition of the company profile initiated in 2015.  

We are focusing on infrastructure concessions, where we deliver added value throughout the entire lifespan of assets: from the initial bid, design, and financing, to construction, operation, and maintenance. Two powerful construction and service divisions are a major part of this strategy.  

Financial targets

We have set ourselves financial targets for 2025 in line with our ambition. By the completion of this Plan, revenue will be 5.5 billion euros and EBITDA will be close to 1.2 billion euros.  

We have everything we need to meet this challenge. 

We will mobilize investments of around EUR 5 billion to accelerate growth. And we will do this with a sustainable and innovative value proposition. Promoting internal talent and moving toward equality, with a plan to double the number of women in senior management.

With a positive impact for all our stakeholders, and especially for the communities in which Sacyr operates. With innovation projects that will strengthen our sustainability. With a commitment to be carbon neutral by 2050 and to protect biodiversity in each project.
